Nestled quietly in the southern tip of Gloucester County Virginia, we are a friendly and close neighborhood. Our association is self managed using elected members from current homeowners to represent a common goal; keeping our neighborhood safe and presentable. All homeowners are encouraged to attend our meetings and volunteer to serve on the board as an elected official. We also welcome suggestions and solutions from residents at all meetings.
The Board is responsible for the overall operations, maintenance and safety of common areas and insuring homeowners comply with by-laws, state and county codes. In most cases, common sense and common courtesy prevails making this a very safe and friendly community.
